Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their target and goals.
- Creating marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
- Sales and Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Preparing marketing and sales strategies.
- Need to follow up with the potential clients, set up the meeting and handle all the portals like (India Mart, social media Portals etc.) related to the product such as for the 3D printers and 3D Scanners also leading the sales and business development team.
- Handling the documentation for the All-Purchase Orders.
- Act as a key Account Manager for various clients
Education:
Education : Any Graduate / MBA .
Experience : 10 to 12 years.
Skills : Business Development , Team Handling , Good Communication Skills.
