Job Description 

• Ensure Product installation /demonstration as per requirement
• Have knowledge on 3D Printing known problems and its limitations
• Prepare the quotations as per the client FOC Product shipping charges.
• Educate the customers and provide training for the 3D Printer machines and software
• Ensure to resolve Issues within define time period 
• Managing customers replacement products from OEM and schedule ETA
• Responsible to attend customer calls, timely completion
• Solved problems by giving Technical support on phone call
•  Can understand of additive manufacturing Industry
• Can Manage customer expectations and ensuring all products are top quality and shipped on time
• of service reports, training reports, customer feedback records
• Ensure Printing of Objects within TAT
• Ensure Printing failure reduction
• Troubleshooting and developing machines
• Can able to differentiate between mechanical, electronics and software based problems.
• Coordination with OEM Engineers  to understand & resolve issues to reduce down time of printers
• Ensure to quality Products by following & implementing proper Post Processing methods
• Maintain spare parts inventory
• Preparing common troubleshooting videos for customers to improve time efficiency in troubleshooting.
• Spare parts & accessories consumption management /selection for sales and in-house consumption

Education:

Education : B. Tech / BE in Mechanical / Electronics
Experience : at least 1-2 years’ experience  in  3D printing Industry.
Skills : Troubleshooting ,Customer Coordination
